mapping care

Yesterday’s labor included mostly being with people through conversation and play. This seems to be what folks most value from me and I have yet to find the arrangement that allows me to sustainably prioritize this. I’ve been wondering if I could arrange my practice as a ministry (outside of religion) where I raise funds in order to give careful attention to relationships and places. That’s what I care most about and it seems to me what is most needed for our collective thriving.

I was gifted this little hand gesture by Ibrahim to remind myself to just do the next little thing and not get overwhelmed by how it will all work out.

I’d like to find ways for this site to function as a relational web mapping out connections and acts of care. I’ll do a makeshift job in the tags and categories.
